This DiT-based method utilizes hybrid guidance combining facial representations, 3D head spheres, and body skeletons for fine-grained control and expressive motions. It employs a progressive training strategy to handle diverse scales and poses and introduces complementary appearance guidance for long-term temporal consistency, outperforming existing animation techniques.
